Welcome

My work, my projects, my goals

About me

I am a PhD student in International law at Bocconi University.

My research project focuses on how third parties’ interests can be effectively protected in (allegedly) bilateral investment disputes.

In 2020, I graduated from the MIDS in Geneva (LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement) with the dissertation “The recognition and enforcement of exclusive and conflicting choice of forum agreements” under the supervision of Professor Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler.

In 2019, I graduated summa cum laude from the Law School of the University of Milan (Master of Laws) with the dissertation “Arbitration and third parties: towards a new notion of consensus?

During the academic years, I participated to multiple summer schools and legal competitions, among them the Arbitration Academy in Paris and the Willem C. Vis Moot, where – as an oralist for the procedural issues – I led the team to advance to the elimination rounds, among the best 64 universities (out of 366) worldwide.

I have since then been coaching the University of Milan Vis Moot team.

You can find my CV here.
